Flag Football Team Managers:
Attached is the schedule for this weekend’s state tournament. Please read the following information, and if you have any questions please call me at the Park Office, (910) 256-7925.
· Team Roster must be turned in no later than the morning of the tournament. Team roster must be filled out entirely WITH PRINTED NAME AND SIGNATURE. Once roster is turned in it is final. We must have all players’ signatures prior to play.
· Location: Games will be played on three fields located at Ogden Park (directions attached).

Flag Belts - triple threat (We
will have belts but you may use your own triple threats if you prefer)

Football - teams must provide own
football
· Teams must have numbered jerseys or shirts.
· Games will start at 9:00 a.m. See attached schedule.
· Format: Teams will be seeded in a 3-team division with round robin play on Saturday. All teams will compete in a single elimination tournament on Sunday. Brackets for Sunday will be prepared following Saturdays games and team captains will be contacted via the phone number provided on the registration form. Or, you may meet at Kefi Tavern located at 2012 Eastwood Road following play on Saturday where we will have the brackets posted.
· Awards
- 1st place team receives 1st place plaque and paid registration to national tournament in Orlando, FL (A league) or the next state tournament (B league)
- 2nd place team will receive plaque.
During the day Saturday, we will be hosting a pig pickin’ for players and staff. Please bring your own coolers of drinks (NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED IN THE PARK).
