flag football rules

• Season consists of 8 games and a single elimination tournament for top 8 teams
• Leagues follow NIRSA rules with certain CSC modifications
• Games consist of two 20 minute halves with running clock, clock stops last 2 minutes of the game
• Teams play 7 vs 7
• Rosters are limited to a maximum of 15 players per team
• No contact, screen blocking only
• All players eligible to catch passes
• 2 Referees provided for all games
• Each team provides their own jerseys
• CSC provides the flags
• No pockets allowed on players shorts or pants
